Description: This class will teach the process involved to develop a functional behavioral assessment that can be used effectively to create goals to improve behaviors and increase learning.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of the class, participants will be able to:
1. Identify behaviors that impede learning
2. Complete a thorough Functional Behavior Analysis
3. Utilize the Functional Behavioral Assessment to develop goals and objectives that will help to improve learning

Biography:
Norma Farruggia is A Behavior Specialist Consultant. She was a clinical supervisor for BHRS for eight years and a Special Education Coordinator for seven years. She has a MS.Ed. from Buffalo State College in severe disabilities
