This program will focus on steps students and their families can take as they prepare for the transition from high school to college. We will discuss the resources that schools provide as well as the supplemental supports thatEvolve Coaching can provide to students seeking additional help with self-advocacy, time management, and socializing.

At the completion of this session, learners will be able to:

1.    Understand the ways in which college supports differ from what high school typically offers.

2.   Understand the limits of parent communication with school faculty.

3.   Learn what they can do to prepare for the transition.

4.   Learn how Evolve Coaching structures support around existing campus supports, and how to access funding streams for coaching services.
