Have you been picked on at school or another place?

Get together with others who understand.  Talk a bit about your experiences, or just listen to others.  Then together, we will think about how to make positive changes as a group and not feel so alone.

Who?  This first meeting will be open to students ages 11 - 18, and one caregiver (such as a parent, grandparent, or adult sibling).  Groups will be divided by age.

When? Wednesday June 25th from 10 until noon.

What?  Sharing ideas and experiences

Why?  Being bullied is an awful experience made worse by the feeling of being alone.  Gather up your courage and get stronger with people who really know how you feel.  Who knows - you may really like someone you meet this day to begin a friendship.

What's next?  Will the group decide to create a petition, help write a newspaper article, talk with a law-maker, go bowling another day, trade phone numbers for getting together on their own - who knows?

Group members will decide.

Space limited to 15 participants and 15 caregivers.
